PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Your order will be processed within 1 business day once payment has been received. Order processing may take longer when we receive a large number of orders per day. We appreciate your patience during this time! TRACKING You will receive the tracking information after 1 business day from the date of purchase.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & COLLECTION OF YOUR ORDER
Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct address and collecting your order from a collection point in a timely manner. If the postal carrier cannot deliver your order correctly due to an error in the address or if your order is returned to the sender because it is not picked up, we are not responsible for the extra costs.
We will resend your order and charge for the additional shipping costs. Refunds for non-collection of orders are not possible.
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery date stated on the track & trace page, please contact us within 30 days so that we can look into it.
Our products are shipped from The Netherlands. Pls be aware that orders places outside the EU can be subjected to additional government duties at the customs authorities of the country of destination. All shipping prices includes VAT. Pls be aware that delivery times might be affected during holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
SON OF PUNK items are made with love and pride and we want you to love our items too.
We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our Studio/Atelier. Within 14 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund.
To send the item back please fill in the return form you received with your order and send it back to the relevant address. We will either exchange the item and send it to you free of charge or SON OF PUNK will refund the payment.
